Allowed

• Personal trading desk use with your own funded venue accounts
• Authorized team use on a private deployment under operator policy
• Research, charting, backtesting, and risk monitoring
• Storing your own API keys via BYOK for venues you control

Prohibited

• Unlicensed brokerage or asset management for third parties
• Market manipulation, spoofing, wash trading, or fraud
• Circumventing venue rate limits or sanctions screening
• Sharing or harvesting other users' credentials or tenant data
• Attacking infrastructure (DDoS, scanning, exploit attempts)
• Uploading malware or abusing payment systems
• Using Apex in jurisdictions or manners that violate law

Enforcement

The operator may suspend or terminate access, delete abusive data, and cooperate with venues or law enforcement when required.

Reporting

Report abuse or security issues via the GitHub repository security contact or the operator's published email.
